John Cochran VA Hospital Commissioning Services SATOC

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District has a requirement for the commissioning of the John Cochran VA Hospital, located in St. Louis, Missouri. The selected commissioning firm will serve as the Commissioning Authority (CxA) for the hospital.
