Maintenance Agreement for the Leica UC7 Ultramicrotome

The contractor will execute a preventive maintenance agreement including inspection and preventive maintenance by a factory trained field service technician once a year, consisting of inspection and examination of all functioning parts, cleaning, lubrication, replacement or repair of worn or un-serviceable parts, adjustment and calibration to the manufacturer's original specifications, including complete dismantling, parts replacement, reassembly and testing when necessary, plus unlimited emergency repair service and all required new replacement parts meeting original equipment specifications, with the exception of consumables and imaging laser parts, covering the Leica EM UC7 Ultramicrotome SN 597268 over one base year and four option years.
