9/22/2026: Correction of Place of Performance to read Ecuador.
The contractor shall provide two complete armored SUVs, including compliant OEM base vehicles, armored conversion and associated vehicle-system modifications, mission configuration for a three-person crew and rear technical equipment, required testing/inspection/certification, technical documentation/warranties, and delivery of the completed vehicles to Quito, Ecuador, FOB Destination, Within Consignee's Premises, no later than 270 calendar days after contract award. The vehicles must be brand new, model year 2026 or newer, mid-size SUVs (e.g., Toyota Fortuner, Ford Explorer, Chevrolet Trailblazer or equal) with NIJ Level III ballistic protection, left-hand drive, automatic transmission, 4WD/AWD, minimum 200 hp, gray/silver exterior, and a top speed of at least 90 mph at maximum operating weight. The contractor must provide OEM and armorer warranties (minimum 2 years), ballistic certification, ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent quality management, and in-country warranty service in Ecuador.
