The Government possesses a limited technical data package (TDP) for the part. The TDP is available for conditional release per distropution statement. The TDP includes conceptual information. This is not for a developmental effort. Alternate designs must be approved by Product Manager- Soldier Maneuver Sensors (PM-SMS). This is not a solicitation. This is only an estimate and will not bind the contractor or the Government in any way or at any time into a contract with any of the specified terms below.

The contractor shall manufacture and deliver 513 units of NSN 5855-01-611-2113, Filter, Infrared Light, Part Number OFM-2021-A1, for the AN/PSQ-20B Enhanced Night Vision Goggles. The work includes First Article Testing (FAT) unless waived, compliance with MIL-PRF-49257 (SECRET), packaging per MIL-STD-2073-1E w/Chg 1 and marking per MIL-STD-129R, and delivery to DLA Distribution in New Cumberland, PA within 180 days after receipt of order. The contractor must also deliver five data items: Engineering Change Proposal, Request for Variance, Notice of Revision, Failure Analysis and Corrective Action Report, and Operations Security (OPSEC) Plan.
