The contractor must manufacture and deliver 109 each of a Vehicular Magnetic Clutch (NSN 2520-01-480-7818, Part Number PTO095099900028) in accordance with a source-controlled Technical Data Package (TDP) restricted to The Carlyle Johnson Machine Company, LLC (CAGE 75182). The contract includes a separately priced option for an additional 109 each, exercisable within 365 days of award or FAT approval. Delivery is FOB Origin, 300 calendar days after award. The item requires military preservation, packing, and marking per MIL-STD-2073-1 and Special Packaging Instruction AK14807818. Inspection and acceptance occur at origin, and the contractor must arrange for government inspection via DCMA before shipment. The contractor must retain supply chain traceability documentation for ten years after final payment and make it available within three business days upon request. The contractor must comply with requirements for Chemical Agent Resistant Coating (CARC) if applicable, and no Class I Ozone-Depleting Substances shall be used.
