The contractor must supply 10 each of new/unused government surplus or commercial surplus motor, alternating current, P/N R510-4, NSN 6105004743368HY. Parts must be inspected for correct P/N and MFG verification, prior government ownership, 100% end item inspection, corrosion, and obvious damage. Government surplus items are acceptable with proof of purchase from the approved manufacturer, and parts must be in an original unopened package labeled with the original contract number. Prior government ownership must be evidenced by item markings on original shipping containers or nameplates. Testable SRUs and LRUs must be tested per applicable technical orders or OEM acceptance test procedures. The surplus vendor offer must show when and where the parts were obtained as surplus. Any part found misrepresented or failing surplus inspection will be rejected and returned at the contractor's expense.
