The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response due date from 7 Aug 2026 1400 EST to 28 Aug 2026 1400 EST, as well as update Instruction to Offerors to include site visit details and a new deadline for questions.
This is a requirement for the removal of current equipment, procurement, delivery, installation, and operator training for eight (8) new air powered Dock Leveler systems and all associated auxiliary equipment.

A site visit will be conducted on 19 Aug 26 beginning at 09:30 a.m. EST. Offerors who plan to attend shouldemail a list of attendees to include company name, visitor names, visitor's full SSAN and visitor date of birth to SSgt Gama Cervantes, Contract Specialist at for security processing.
The contractor shall provide eight (8) dock levelers with a load capacity of 45,000 lbs minimum, dimensions W 7 ft x L 10 ft, integrated truck restraints, power source of eight (8) 3 Phase 460V Terminal Panels, and eight (8) seals and shelters/(16) bumpers. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to 1757 Vandenberg Ave Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ 08041. The contractor shall install all necessary equipment upon arrival, verify functionality, and conduct a load test. The contractor shall provide on-site operator training for up to 4 personnel including safety procedures, operation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting, and provide training materials. All work, including training, shall be completed within 45 calendar days from date of contract award.
