This requirement is for group aerobic classes at the Patrick SFB Fitness Center. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supervision for up to 500 classes per contract year as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The Government intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) which allows the customer flexibility that a fixed contract does not. Contractors should note that this is only an Agreement to provide the requested services and does not obligate the Government to any extent. A BPA allows authorized Government Purchase Card (GPC) users to call and make a request when there is a need for services outlined in the BPA. Additional information regarding use of the BPA will be provided to the contractor upon award.
The contractor shall supply all personnel, portable sound system, headset, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to offer group exercise classes at Patrick Space Force Base (SFB), Florida. Classes include Yoga, High-intensity interval training (HIIT), Power Cycle, Cardio/Pop Dance, Pilates, Total Body Pump, and Body Conditioning or equivalents, with 50-100 classes of each type per year. The contractor will recruit and schedule qualified instructors who possess current national certification from a recognized institute, current CPR/AED and First Aid cards, and liability insurance naming PATRICK SFB with a minimum policy of $100,000. Classes will be conducted weekly Monday-Friday between 0500-2000 hours, 45-60 minutes each, totaling up to 500 classes per contract year. The contractor must provide a portable sound system, submit monthly invoices, and coordinate with the Fitness & Sports Manager.
