Manual Probe Station

The contractor shall deliver one (1) 200 mm Manual Probe Station with both DC and RF capable micropositioners and probes, inclusive of FOB Destination delivery terms and warranty. The system must meet or exceed detailed minimum requirements including a platen at least 400 mm x 600 mm, a vacuum sample chuck accommodating samples ≥200 mm, chuck XY stage with travel ≥200 mm and fine resolution ≤0.001 mm, theta rotation of 360°, optical microscope with 2X, 10X and 20X objectives and magnification ≥400X, four DC micropositioners with travel ≥12.5 mm and resolution ≤0.5 μm, two RF micropositioners with travel ≥25 mm and resolution ≤2 μm, two RF probe heads suitable for DC to 40 GHz, and a quiet vacuum pump ≤40 dB. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to NIST, 100 Bureau Drive, Building 216/E121, Gaithersburg, MD 20899, no later than ten (10) weeks ARO.
