The contractor must purchase and remove government-owned pine timber at Fort Polk, Louisiana, as specified in Items 1 and 2. Item 1 includes 4,021 tons of pine sawtimber and 1,876 tons of pine pulpwood; Item 2 includes 1,842 tons of pine sawtimber and 624 tons of pine pulpwood. The total bid purchase price must be paid in full by 1 August 2027. The contractor must comply with all terms and conditions, including daily clearance with Range Operations, scheduled harvesting dates, and inspections. A bid deposit and a performance deposit or bond are required.
