The small business size standard is $45,000,000.00 This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the agency.

Work includes removal of the existing above-ground vault toilet structure, concrete slab, and building base; pumping and disposal of vault contents by a licensed sewage hauler; clearing and grubbing; structure excavation and backfill; placement of aggregate base course and surface course; furnishing and installing a CXT Gunnison (or approved equal) single vault toilet; vault toilet placement and installation; erosion control, seeding and mulching; and construction of an accessible paved pathway connecting the new vault toilet entrance to the existing parking area. The contractor must maintain a safe site, protect existing vegetation, and complete all work by December 30, 2026.
