Fuel filtering, cleaning and polishing tanks

The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, disposal, testing, tooling and chemicals necessary to perform fuel filtering/polishing and tank cleaning for 26 buildings on the GLAVAHCS campus, including specific fuel tanks listed per building (e.g., Bldg. 501-5 fuel tanks, Bldg. 605-2 fuel tanks, etc.). The work must comply with NFPA 110 laboratory analysis and be performed at the Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System, 11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA. The contractor shall work collaboratively with VA stakeholders during normal business hours and produce written work procedures and NFPA 110 Laboratory Analysis test results.
