The contractor shall provide one new Self-Propelled Telescopic Boom Lift meeting minimum salient characteristics including a working height of at least 90 ft, platform height of at least 85 ft, horizontal outreach of at least 74 ft, below-ground reach of at least 5 ft, 4-wheel drive with active oscillating axles, gradeability of at least 45%, tri-entry platform with self-closing swing gate or drop-bar, platform rotation of at least 160 degrees, articulating jib of at least 5 ft with vertical range of at least 130 degrees, unrestricted platform capacity of at least 500 lbs, restricted platform capacity of at least 750 lbs, diesel engine Tier 4 Final compliant with minimum 65 HP, cold weather package including engine block heater, battery heater, and hydraulic tank/fluid warmers, welder-ready package with minimum 12kW onboard generator and 110V/220V AC power outlets routed to the platform, and integrated drive and work lights package. The contractor shall include all shipping costs to Fairchild AFB, WA.
