This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order for an electric vacuum sealer at DLA Distribution Tobyhanna, PA (DDTP).
The Government intends to award one (1) contract as a result of this RFQ and will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. This acquisition is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated procurement.
The contractor shall provide all necessary labor and material to deliver six Dual Element All Electric Vacuum Sealers. The equipment must be new, meet current industry standards, and conform to the best quality of materials and workmanship. The contractor must provide transportation/shipping and installation. The sealer shall be equivalent to or greater than the IMPAK Corporation Model EVS800DH, with salient characteristics including a stainless steel body, stainless steel tray 25" x 13.8", adjustable work tray height 3.93" – 7.87", 110VAC power, 31.5" seal length, 10mm seal width, and an integrated electric motor vacuum pump. Warranty coverage shall be manufacturer's standard but not less than one-year parts and labor. The contractor shall provide one complete set of operator, parts and service manuals with each machine. Delivery shall be within 45 days after receipt of order to DLA Distribution Tobyhanna, Building 6, Bay 2 Supplies, Tobyhanna, PA.
