The main purpose of this contract is to provide and maintain ongoing, active telecommunications services.The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and services necessary to consolidate, manage, and maintain telecommunications services including POTS lines, data circuits, and other legacy telecom services across all WYARNG armories and facilities. This includes combining multiple existing accounts and Enterprise IDs under a unified management and billing structure.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and services necessary to consolidate, manage, and maintain telecommunications services including POTS lines, data circuits, and other legacy telecom services across all WYARNG armories and facilities. This includes combining multiple existing accounts and Enterprise IDs under a unified management and billing structure. The contractor must consolidate all existing WYARNG Lumen/CenturyLink accounts under a single master account, ensure no service disruption during transition, assign a dedicated account manager, provide monthly billing and usage reports, and adhere to 99.9% uptime for critical circuits with 24/7 customer service and repair support.
