This notice serves as the formal announcement for the Request for Proposal for the US Embassy Seoul Roof Replacement Design-Bid-Build project located in Seoul, South Korea.
Site visit is scheduled for August 18-20
Questions due by August 26, 2026
Proposals are due September 7, 2026 by 3pm ET.
The work includes removal of existing gravel ballast, roofing, insulation, flashing, and sheet metal; required minor deck repair or replacement for roof repair work; modification of existing roof penetrations, equipment supports or curbs, pitch pans, reglets, piping, and electrical service to provide proper flashing height and flashing detail; and all other miscellaneous and incidental work required to install the new roof system.
