The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to integrate the Vocera communication system with the hospital's current ASCOM Nurse Call (Model: Telligence) system, provide continued Vocera software licensing, and provide support and maintenance services. Specific tasks include designing, configuring, and deploying alarm and event notifications for up to five nursing units; coordinating all integration services; testing the communication system; providing training to VA staff; and providing ongoing support including software/hardware updates, access to hotfixes and security patches, access to the Vocera support portal, emergency phone technical assistance 24x7x365 for Severity 1 issues, assigned support engineer for complex escalations, and annual system health report upon request.
