COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION TOTAL SDVOSB SET-ASIDE RFQ
The contractor shall provide a temporary 20 ft x 50 ft tent/canopy and 20 ft x 50 ft flooring system for the VHA BHS Brockton Campus, Building 8–Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) area. The requirement includes rental, delivery, installation/set-up, removal of the temporary structure, and any required safety equipment. The tent will serve as an outdoor activity space for SCI residents who utilize wheelchairs or other mobility‑assistive devices. The period of performance is August 24, 2026, through October 23, 2026. The contractor shall deliver all equipment and install/erect the tent and flooring at the designated location at Building 8. Contractor personnel are anticipated to be on‑site for approximately two hours during installation activities. At the conclusion of the performance period, the contractor shall remove the tent/canopy, flooring system, and any associated rental equipment.
