Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1145 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Semi-Annual maintenance and repair on 33 walk-in coolers in Parlier, California.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 811310 – Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance The small business size standard is $12.5 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
The contractor shall provide semi-annual HVAC maintenance services for commercial walk-in coolers, including inspecting and cleaning evaporator and condenser coils, checking refrigerant charge, inspecting fan blades and grills, inspecting hinges and door alignment, verifying compressor and defrost mode operation, performing refrigerant pressure and performance testing, motor lubrication, electrical component testing, system calibration, and cleaning up after all work. The contractor must furnish all equipment, materials, and supplies. Work will be performed at the San Joaquin Valley Agricultural Sciences Center, 9611 S. Riverbend Ave, Parlier, CA 93648, on regular business days (Monday through Friday) during regular business hours (7:30AM to 4:00PM Pacific) excluding federal holidays.
