Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove and replace the existing motor fan drive shaft bearings (5 each) at USCG Base Boston, Boston, MA 02109-1027 per the attached Scope of Work.
Quote should be a firm fixed price reasonble quote and should include the lead time for parts. It should also include a detailed quote breakdown. The SF18 should be completed and returned as part of the quote.
Service Contract Labor Standards FAR 52.222-41 applies.

The contractor shall remove and replace the existing motor fan drive shaft bearings (5 each) with new bearings that meet current equipment technical specifications. The contractor shall also provide and install motor bearing inductive absorbers to minimize VFD bearing damage. The contractor is responsible for all facets of removal of old parts, provision and installation of new parts, and must field verify for replacement materials. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, lifting, hoisting, platforms and everything necessary to replace the bearings, and shall protect the existing roofing system to prevent any roof damage while work is being performed.
