The contractor must replace the internal transformer of the Folger Adams 3100CC door control console and ensure the console functions as designed to open all assigned doors electronically. The work must be conducted during normal work hours (Monday through Friday, 08:30 AM to 5:00 PM) at the Howard H. Baker, Jr. US Courthouse, 800 Market St, Ste 320, Knoxville, TN 37901. The contractor is required to provide all equipment and services. All onsite contractors must pass a basic background check, and work shall not start until all contractors are vetted by the USMS. The contractor shall provide a 120-day warranty along with any and all product and manufacturer warranties. The project must be completed no later than 6 weeks after contract award.
