Aircraft Parts Audit

The contractor must perform comprehensive physical audits of aircraft parts located at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, OK, and provide reports that accurately reflect the physical inventory and report discrepancies. The audit covers approximately 45,000 items. The contractor must assign a dedicated POC, provide monthly status reports, conduct daily informal meetings, and deliver a final inventory report in government format. The period of performance is 60 days from award. Travel may be required and must be included in the firm fixed-price line item. The FAA will provide office space, internet, and access to facilities. Only US citizens are allowed on site. The contractor must provide their own tablet devices for data collection.
