New Hangar Air Compressor

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to install a complete, functional compressed air and breathing air generation system. The Contractor shall tie the new generation equipment into the new already installed facility distribution piping, install isolation valves at future equipment locations, perform simulated load testing, and support final health and safety certifications. Specific requirements include installing an oil-free rotary screw air compressor (500-600 CFM at 125 PSI), a minimum 600-gallon receiver tank, refrigerated air-drying system, coalescing/particulate filters, and dedicated breathing air purification manifolds with multi-stage filtration and continuous in-line CO monitors. The contractor must conduct simulated load testing, procure a 3rd-party laboratory air sample test for OSHA Grade D air, and support the 45th BEE survey for final acceptance.
