10 Roll-off Dumpster and Debris Removal, NPS-PORE

The Contractor shall provide delivery, placement, one-week rental, hauling, and lawful landfill disposal of non-hazardous demolition debris from two sites: five 20-cubic-yard roll-off dumpsters at the Bolinas cabin demolition site (near 7001 Shoreline Highway, Bolinas, CA) and ten 20-cubic-yard roll-off dumpsters at the Olema barn demolition site (near 9215 Shoreline Highway, Olema, CA). Services include all labor, transportation, equipment, containers, fuel, disposal fees, landfill tipping fees, and incidentals. The waste stream consists of wood demolition debris, roofing materials, interior finish materials, and miscellaneous non-hazardous C&D debris. Hazardous materials and asbestos have been abated prior to dumpster services. The Contractor must comply with all applicable laws, maintain required licenses and permits, prevent spillage, and provide weight tickets and disposal documentation upon request.
