Gatan Ancillary Instrument Systems Maintenance Service Agreement

The contractor shall provide OEM-authorized preventive and emergency maintenance for two Gatan ancillary instrument systems: an Apex Pegasus Integrated XEDS and EBSD System (S/N 11214) including Octane Elite Super (S/N 21522) and Velocity Super System (S/N 4119), with Silicon Drift Detector Module Coverage. Services include one annual preventive maintenance visit, unlimited telephone support during business hours, priority emergency repair with a targeted onsite response time of less than 48 hours, telephone scheduling, all replacement parts except consumables free of charge, and up to two on-site emergency services per year at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD.
