This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12.. core requirements of DLA Energy Quality Technical Directorate’s (QTD) purchase of a 5-year subscription with the Energy Institute (EI) at the Technical Partner level. EI shall provide unlimited access to the resources available to members at the Technical Partner level to registered users from DLA Energy, the U.S. Army, the U.S. Navy, and the U.S. Air Force.
Under the subscription, the Energy Institute shall provide unlimited access to its technical resources at the Technical Partner level to registered users from DLA Energy, the U.S. Army, the U.S. Navy, and the U.S. Air Force. DLA Energy will provide a centralized list of email domains for user registration, and the Institute shall use this information to allow creation of registered user accounts. Users shall be able to access materials online through a web-based browser and download files for offline usage via PDF downloads. The period of performance for the first year is 01 December 2026 through 30 November 2027, with four option years running the same calendar year length for 2027-2028, 2028-2029, 2029-2030, and 2030-2031.
