The contractor shall provide evidence-based Trauma, Violence & Victimization, Psychotherapy, and Therapeutic Relationship Group Therapy sessions, as well as Individual Psychotherapy sessions on an as-needed basis. Services shall be delivered at CSOSA facilities in Washington, DC or via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. The contractor must provide key personnel including a Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), each holding a full, current, and unrestricted license and at least three years of relevant experience. The contractor shall facilitate group sessions (1.5 hours each, up to 416 sessions per year), individual therapy, case consultations, and translation services. The contractor must maintain supervisee treatment files, submit various reports (e.g., progress reports, discharge reports, monthly activity reports), and comply with security, confidentiality, and accreditation requirements.
