The contractor shall manufacture and deliver metallic aircraft seals (NSN 2840-01-316-9945 NZ, PN 4054085-01) located internally of the #1 bearing compartment, made of AMS 5613 SST. The seal, along with the seal seat, maintains the seal and containment of oil within the bearing compartment. The contract includes firm fixed-price line items for first article test plan, test report, destructive and non-destructive exhibits, and production items. The required quantity is 22 each (best estimated), with a minimum of 6 and maximum of 36. Delivery is F.O.B. Origin to DLA Distribution Depot Oklahoma at Tinker AFB. The contractor must comply with higher-level quality standards (AS9100, ISO 9001-2015), IUID requirements, and the Buy American Act. Payment and receiving reports are submitted via WAWF.
