The 359TRS at Pensacola, FL has a requirement for 100 (Ea) Composite Course Panels IAW the updated Attachment 1 Composite Panel Specifications. These training panels are built to spec to satisfy the training requirements of the 359 TRS for minimum salient characteristics.

The bidder must manufacture and deliver 100 composite training panels per the attached specification sheet. The panels have an exterior skin of 8 plies quasi-isotropic unidirectional graphite epoxy tape, a fiberglass/phenolic honeycomb core 1 inch thick, and an interior skin of Kevlar 49 aramid prepreg, with all surfaces wrinkle-free and no seams or butted joints.
