Optical Atomic Clock Systems

The contractor must provide two optical atomic clock systems that meet detailed specifications, including frequency discipline of an oscillator to an atomic or molecular spectroscopic transition, radio frequency outputs at 5 MHz, 10 MHz, 100 MHz, and 1 GHz, a stabilized continuous-wave laser output in the telecommunication C-band, short-term frequency instability less than 3E-13 at 1-second averaging, electrical power dissipation less than 150 W, and compatibility with 19-inch rack enclosures. The system must include integrated control and monitoring functions for remote operation, and a stabilized femtosecond-laser frequency comb output. The contractor must also provide a 5-year warranty, past performance documentation, and a firm-fixed-price quotation for all line items including shipping and tariffs. Delivery, installation, and training must be completed within 12-18 weeks ARO.
