LA-SE LA RFGS-HERBICIDE CONTROL

The contractor will mix and apply herbicide and adjuvant provided by the USFWS via foliar spraying from airboats and surface drive boats, targeting Giant Salvinia and Cuban Bulrush within the designated treatment focus area. The contractor must achieve 95% control of target vegetation and cause no more than 5% damage to desirable native aquatic plants. The contractor must supply all equipment, labor, water, and materials except the chemical. Work must comply with EPA standards and herbicide label restrictions. The contractor must provide daily logs, GPS files, and shapefiles of application paths and locations. The period of performance is October 1, 2026 to February 27, 2027.
