The work includes painting all interior previously painted surfaces in BEQs B4168 and B4169; replacing flooring with solid vinyl plank and resilient base; deep cleaning and re-caulking showers; replacing all existing indoor light fixtures with LED equivalents; and inventorying, removing, storing, and reinstalling furniture and appliances. The barracks will remain occupied during construction, and work is limited to one floor at a time per building.
