The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an Offeror for any costs. If funds become available, an award can be anticipated to take place prior to 30 September 2026. **
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and services to conduct a comprehensive bathymetric sludge survey of the East and West lagoon systems (totaling approximately 137 and 174 acres respectively), collect eighteen composite sludge samples from the six lagoon ponds, and perform laboratory analysis for parameters including solids, fecal coliform, metals, PCBs, and PFAS. Deliverables include a detailed map and sludge profile, a comprehensive report, a Certificate of Analysis, and digital copies of all data.
