NEW: Quality Water Testing North Texas

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to perform water testing services including collecting water samples, performing laboratory analyses, documenting results, and providing reports. Testing includes monthly critical water sampling at points of generation and points of use, quarterly utility water and steam condensate sampling, and retesting as needed. The contractor must supply all sampling supplies, containers, shipping labels, and pay for postage and shipping. The contractor must also perform disinfection of sampling port sites and provide a Certified Water Treatment Specialist. Work is performed at the Dallas VA Medical Center (4500 S Lancaster Rd, Dallas, TX 75216) and the Fort Worth VA Clinic (2201 SE Loop 820, Fort Worth, TX 76119).
