Coalition Interoperability Assurance Validation Services

The contractor will provide program management support services including interoperability assessment, specifications analysis, program management and coordination, personnel readiness and security, and risk management. The work involves conducting and reporting mission-based coalition interoperability assessments in a federated mission environment, analyzing Federated Mission Networking specifications, providing program budget and resourcing support, and synchronizing operational requirements for a joint and multi-national interoperability consortium. The level of effort is based on 54,680 estimated manhours for the base period and up to 300,740 total manhours if all options are exercised, covering labor categories such as Program Manager, Senior Targeting SME, Senior Fires/Effects SME, Senior ISR SME, Senior C2 SME, Senior Operations SME, and Special Analysts, with work locations in Suffolk, VA; Tampa, FL; and various other locations.
