This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
The contractor shall provide snow plowing, snow shoveling, and sanding/salting services at the Everett Lake Project area located at 395 Clough Park Road, Weare, NH. Snow plowing includes the main parking area (approx. 17,000 sq ft) and the dam access road (approx. 42,000 sq ft). Snow shoveling includes in front of all buildings, doors, garage bays, around front access gate posts and arms, gatehouse bridge, and in front of heating fuel fill points (approx. 200 linear feet). Sanding/salting services shall be performed on an as-needed basis upon TPOC approval. The contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation, including a 3/4 ton four-wheel drive truck, an 8-foot plow with four-way angling, and a powered sander with a minimum one-yard capacity. The contractor must submit various pre-work submittals including an Accident Prevention Plan, Activity Hazard Analysis, and a Quality Control Plan.
