This is a Request for Quote RFQ for the 1 109th HSAD Pre-Mob Lodging and Meals for Ashland City, Sweetwater, Greenville, and Mt. Carmel, TN. The period of performance is 15 October – 8 October 2026. A rooming list will provided. PLEASE FILL IN THE EXCEL with the HOTEL and MEAL Roster for pricing and send it back to me by MONDAY, 12OCT26 at 11:00AM CST.
This requirement is being advertised as Small Business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721110 with a size standard of $40M.
All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this Agency. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform pre-deployment mobilization lodging and meals for service members of the TNARNG. This includes providing a block of hotel rooms (single and double) and delivering breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals to the armory locations. The contractor must also provide single service items, paper plates, cups, plastic flatware, and all condiments for the meals.
