Description:The 60th Operations Support Squadron (OSS) / Operations Support Logistics (OSL), Travis AFB, CA has a requirement for contractors to provide Composite Tool Kit (CTK) Workstations and remove 1 high density mobile storage system in order to support the maintenance of Aircrew Flight Equipment.

The Government intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and award a firm-fixed-price Purchase Order. The award basis is anticipated to include technical acceptability and price.

Statement Regarding Responsible Sources: All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. *Offerors are encouraged to provide verifiable technical documentation, engineering layouts, or dimensional blueprints certifying their capacity to construct the workstations in strict accordance with the dimensions, materials, and layouts illustrated in the SOW and the accompanying visual attachment.

Qualification Requirement: N/A
The contractor shall provide 11 CTK Workstations in accordance with OSHA standards. Workstations must be 72" H x 80.75" W, include a minimum of three standard drawers and one large drawer, a non-splintering surface top (metal or butcher block wood) with half-inch absorbing padding, a single horizontal rail system of one-inch metal piping for hanging equipment, a horizontal LED lighting system with dual 110v power outlet and breaker, and locking wheels. The contractor must include all freight, handling, and labor charges; assembly and installation must be completed by a trained professional between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The contractor must provide time for AFE personnel to inspect the CTK Workstations upon completion. A warranty of no less than 12 months following receipt must be provided, including replacement and removal of worn or broken parts. Delivery to Travis AFB, CA; delivery drivers must be able to obtain an installation pass for base access.
