The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials, equipment (including vehicles), and employee training as necessary to ensure custodial (basic cleaning, restroom cleaning, refuse removal) services are performed at the USNA facility (Washington DC) consisting of approximately 34,866 SF and South Farm (Beltsville MD) consisting of approximately 720 SF, for a total of approximately 35,586 SF. Tasks include daily trash collection and recycling, non-carpet floor maintenance, carpeted floor maintenance, restroom maintenance, miscellaneous cleaning (doors, windows, elevators, dusting, drinking fountains, stairways, ceilings, outside entrances, signage), and support for special events.
