The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and equipment to remove and dispose of existing carpet and adhesive residues, inspect and repair the subfloor, perform surface preparation including grinding and leveling, apply self-leveling compound as necessary, supply and install new carpet tiles (commercial type, Linha Astral MB, modular tiles minimum 50 cm x 50 cm, approved manufacturer Belgotex, color 410 - Vega) using an approved adhesive system, install transition profiles, ensure proper finishing at door thresholds and edges, execute work in phases to maintain safe circulation, protect adjacent finishes, maintain daily cleaning, remove debris daily, and perform final cleaning. The contractor must also submit a project schedule, personnel list, product data sheets, installation method statement, manufacturer's specifications, and a Safety Management Plan prior to construction. Work shall be performed after Embassy business hours and on Saturdays. The contractor must provide a minimum one-year warranty covering installation defects, adhesion failure, and material defects.
