RFQ CAFC26-0009. Bridge to the Past Project - Digital Exhibit Design and Audio-Visual Integration Services

The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, project management, exhibit design, digital media design, engineering, procurement, audio-visual integration, installation, configuration, programming, testing, commissioning, training, documentation, and coordination necessary to deliver complete, operational museum-quality interactive exhibits. The project includes five exhibits: Exhibit A – Dolley Madison's Parlor (diorama-style recreation with digital enhancements such as projection mapping, holographic effects, or motion-triggered storytelling); Exhibit B – Paul Jennings (evaluate and recommend enhancements to an existing AI-enabled talking portrait); Exhibit C – Murder at Lafayette Square (diorama with digital storytelling techniques); Exhibit D – Secretary of State William H. Seward (integrate existing approved digital content); and Exhibit E – Witness Tree Interactive Experience (interactive hallway experience where visitors' photographs are incorporated into a digital wall display). The Contractor shall also develop the digital visitor experience for the surrounding hallway environment and coordinate with the Government's project designer.
