Short Term Office Rental for Southern MS

The contractor shall provide a minimum 1,600-square-foot office space within D'Iberville city limits or Biloxi city limits (excluding the Biloxi peninsula). The space must be move-in ready, full-service (including all utilities, janitorial services, triple net costs), ADA compliant, with sole access and control by USDA, adequate security (exterior doors must lock), parking for 5 visitors and 3 government vehicles, access to telephone and internet, at least 3 private offices, and a conference room for a minimum of 15 people. The rental is for a base year of 12 months with two possible option year periods of 12 months each.
