**Pricing Instruction for FAR 52.217-8:
In addition to submitting quotes for the Base and all Option Periods, Contractors must also provide pricing to cover a potential 6-month extension period under FAR 52.217-8 (Option to Extend Services). To calculate the quote for this 6-month extension, Contractors shall multiply their standard 12-month Option Period price by 0.5 (i.e., Annual Option Period Price x 0.5 = 6-Month Extension Price).
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to respond to CATM Range Cleaning and Lead Cleaning Services as described in the SOW. The base period of performance is 01 October 2026 to 30 September 2027, with four option periods (each 01 October to 30 September of subsequent years through 2031) and a potential 6-month extension under FAR 52.217-8. Line items include Intake Filter Cleaning/Replacement (3 each), Cleaning-Bullet/Debris Bucket Cleaning (3 each), Exhaust Filter Replacement (6 each), Range Floor Cleaning (6 each), Exhaust Filters (Grainger Pleated Air Filter, MERV 8) (1 each), and Exhaust Filters (Grainger Pleated Air Filter, MERV 14) (1 each) for the base and each of four option periods. The contractor must comply with extensive environmental requirements including submission of an Environmental Protection Plan (EPP), appointment of an Environmental Manager, EMS training, hazardous material management, solid waste management, spill prevention, and lead waste disposal in accordance with Attachment 1 - Environmental Specification and Section 02 83 18.00 30.
