NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT ONLY SOURCE FOR A HIGH POWER, RF-EXCITED, CO2 LASER.

The contractor must deliver one AL50GS, WCCL 28V CO2 laser that includes an RF driver and laser controller (excluding DC power supply). The laser must have waveguide + RF excitation + sealed architecture + tunable grating, broad tunability across CO2 transitions from 9.2 to 11.8 µm, and up to 50W CW output power. Delivery is to 1856 Craig St., White Sands Missile Range, NM 88002, no later than ten weeks after contract award.
