Data Engineering, Management Support and Quality Assurance Recommendations (VA-26-00062403)

The contractor shall support VA with the operation of the DCT, manage data quality assurance protocols, provide data engineering, and transition operations from MITRE. Tasks include managing the DCT in the VA Enterprise Cloud, tracking and archiving grantee data, providing a dashboard for VA to monitor services, recommending processes for grant manager compliance review, analyzing data for monthly/quarterly/annual reports, creating documentation of new requirements, and maintaining the Authority to Operate (ATO). The contractor will also receive knowledge transfer and demonstrate ability to manage the DCT environment, including the onboarding application, ETL processes, and troubleshooting.
