GAOA VALE DISTRICT OFFICE BUILDING RENOVATIONS D-B

The Design-Build Contractor (DBC) shall perform all work of this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The work includes, but is not limited to: evaluating the BLM Concept Package; reviewing site data; providing a design schedule; submitting a list of required permits; designing the site, site utilities, building and foundation system; submitting DB Design Development and DB Construction Documents for review; providing a construction schedule; securing the work area; constructing the project; creating operations and maintenance manuals; and providing as-constructed drawings. The project encompasses substructure (foundations, slabs-on-grade), shell (floor/roof construction, exterior walls, windows, doors, roofing), interiors (partitions, doors, specialties, wall finishes, flooring, ceilings), services (domestic water, sanitary drainage, HVAC, fire suppression, fire protection specialties, electrical service and distribution, lighting, data communications), equipment and furnishings, and site work (clearing, demolition, earthwork, pedestrian plazas, walkways, site development, landscaping, water utilities, sanitary sewerage utilities, site electric distribution).
