Febuxostat Tablets

The contractor shall provide Febuxostat 40MG and 80MG tablets in 30-count bottles to DLA and VA Pharmaceutical Prime Vendors for distribution to eligible ordering activities. The contractor must enter into business-to-business agreements with each PPV, deliver complete orders within 15 calendar days after receipt of order, and ensure product registration with RxNorm, First Data Bank, and Medi-Span. The contractor must also comply with bar code labeling requirements (GS1-128 or HIBCC), FDA current Good Manufacturing Practices, and Drug Supply Chain Security Act requirements. The contractor shall submit quarterly sales reports and remit a 0.5% cost recovery fee to the US Treasury.
