This project will include fully preparing the site for building operations, such as demolishing and removing existing roads and providing all labor and materials necessary to complete the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery Phase 3 - Additional Road Repairs project in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The base bid (CLIN 0001) includes repair of existing roads Austin Circle, Austin Loop, and Medina Loop, including demolition of curb/gutter and pavement, survey and grading, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan measures, road construction, and curb/gutter placement. Bid Option 1 (CLIN 1001) includes repair of an existing section of San Antonio Boulevard with similar work.
