The Regional Contracting Office intends to solicit and competitively award a hybrid fixed price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) contract for Pest control surveillance and management services in USAG Wiesbaden, Germany.
The contract will consist of a five (5) years Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award. Proposed performance start date is on or before February 2026.
Solicitation W912CM-26-Q-A001 will be issued before or after 24 November 2025.
The RFQ and any amendments will be posted to www.Sam.gov. Intended Quoters should note that the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached. This Document is being provided for planning purposes only and subject to change. All documents in the issued solicitation, and subsequent amendments, if applicable, will supersede this draft document.

The contractor shall provide non-personal scheduled and on-demand pest control and surveillance services, including all employees, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, and transportation. Services cover rats, mice, household pests, stored product pests, public health pests, nuisance pests, wild animals entering facilities, pigeon control, and carcass removal. The contractor must comply with Host Nation laws and use Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
