Army Contracing Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for 81mm Split Sleeves in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal.
Split Sleeves will be in accordance with (IAW) Drawing 9369959. This solicitation is a total small business set aside.
A single, firm-fixed price award is projected to be made to the responsive, responsible, and lowest priced offer who meets the requirements of this project. The resulting award is projected to contain a base plus one option year. This solicitation is for 5,500 each of 81mm split sleeves and a first article test of 10 each with an option for an additional 12,000.
FOR DRAWING ACCESS: You must request access to the drawing via this post AND provide the contract specialist a signed copy of your company DD2345. Copy shall have boxes 8 and 9 signed by the proper personnel.

The contractor shall manufacture and deliver 5,500 each of 81mm Split Sleeves (CLIN 0001) and 10 each for First Article Testing (CLIN 0002), with an option for an additional 12,000 each (CLIN 1001). The split sleeves must be in accordance with Drawing 9369959, dated 17 June 2014, and must meet the requirements of Exhibits A and B - Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL). Delivery of production quantity is due 60 days after First Article Testing Approval (AFATA), and delivery of FAT quantity is due 90 days after the date of contract award. The option line item delivery is due 120 days after the option is exercised. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination, and the contractor must comply with MIL-STD-1916 for acceptance of product. The contractor must also comply with DFARS 252.211-7003 for item unique identification and valuation.
